2020 Companies, Inc. is partnering with Samsung Electronics America to recruit a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for a Best Buy location in Mount Juliet, TN. In this role you will demonstrate, promote and sell Samsung devices, while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with strong communication skills, and able to work evenings and weekends. Competitive weekly pay and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates integrity and protects customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive Samsung product sales within a Best Buy store.
• Provide product information to customers to aid purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with Best Buy staff and leadership through training and collaboration.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Deliver excellent customer and client service.
