Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America, assigned to a Best Buy in Germantown, MD. The role focuses on selling Samsung devices, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong store relationships.

Responsibilities include promoting products, informing customers with current options, and supporting merchandising and product launches to meet monthly sales goals. Paid training, apparel, and device provisioning accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend a Samsung product to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives and goals of all teams.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Ensure retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
