Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of sales/retail/telecom/marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for Best Buy staff and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Develop strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive team goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and staff.
• Ensure retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation and cleanliness.
