Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks an Engineer Team Representative for the Equipment Innovation – Equipment Management Team. This role tackles Stop Loss and BM reduction in collaboration with Fab Eng on PM automation, BM analysis, quality improvements, and root cause analysis.

You will lead cross-functional projects with executive visibility and drive standardization across G-EMS systems. You’ll manage TFTs, collect data, and communicate results to peers and executives while enforcing SAS

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, natural science or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience and leadership with direct reports.
• Proficient in Stop Loss, BM, OEE and related KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FAB Engineering to improve Unit Part metrics.
• Data collection and analysis for Stop Loss and BM reductions.
• Lead cross-functional TFTs and projects with executive visibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and sister fabs to ensure compliance.
• Drive PM Automation, MTTP Improvement and G-EMS standardization.
• Manage metrics reporting and status updates (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Drive data visualization and data-mining initiatives.
• Support unit parts opportunities like 2nd source qual and lifetime extension.
