Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Metrology Equipment Engineer to join a world-class team in Austin, TX. You will monitor wafer fabrication equipment, qualify new manufacturing tools, and drive yield enhancements to maintain world-class inspection and measurement capabilities.

This full-time, on-site role requires 2+ years in semiconductors, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Python/VBA for scripting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of semiconductor experience, preferably in metrology.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment or process failures.
• Knowledge of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles.
• Ability to wear clean room PPE and lift up to 25 lbs.
