GardaWorld is seeking a highly analytical Workforce Analyst (Subject Matter Expert) to own and administer the Samsara platform across Operations, Fleet, Safety, HR, NSOC, and Technology. You will drive adoption, governance, reporting, and optimization while partnering with leadership to achieve business objectives.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, dashboards, training, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety, efficiency, and compliance across a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IS, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience supporting business systems, analytics, or fleet/operations-related functions.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Samsara platform across multiple business functions.
• Lead cross-functional governance and drive platform adoption.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• Create training materials and promote platform adoption across teams.
• Support safety, compliance, and operational performance improvements.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and test new modules for ROI.
