Job summary

Brainiac is seeking a part-time sampling coordinator in the South San Francisco area to manage weekly product samples and related collateral for influencers, prospects, media, and customers.

You will help maintain the Brainiac warehouse, ensure timely packing and shipping, and support office duties. The role requires visiting the Brainiac office 1–2 times per week and approximately 12 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage weekly sampling requests and ensure timely sending of products and collateral.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in packing and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Check sampling requests across multiple trackers and prepare shipments.
• Package products and collateral neatly for influencers, prospects, press, and consumers.
• Maintain and restock the Brainiac warehouse sampling supplies.
• Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries and keep office spaces organized.
