Job summary

Sutherland, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sampling & Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the fulfillment operations at our Dallas location. You will ensure on-time project completion, manage stock replenishment, and uphold safety and quality standards while coordinating with the Mexico facility and internal teams.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with the Navision ERP and MS Office suite. This position offers full-time employment at our Dallas site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• 3–5 years in a leadership role (preferably in a Pick Pack operation).
• Experience identifying, developing, and managing talent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time project completion and meet fulfillment cycle time KPIs.
• Oversee fulfillment operations at Dallas location, including stock replenishment.
• Maintain quality assurance and enforce worker safety policies.
• Coordinate with Sampling Production in Mexico and other internal departments.
• Develop, track, and report departmental metrics to drive continuous improvement.
