Qualifications

• Ability to understand and apply QC requirements for each retailer as listed in sample requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure smooth information transfer between departments and sales.
• Willingness to adapt to multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the samples manager in transferring goods for sample fulfillment to sales reps and account services.
• Prepare samples according to requester instructions, including QC, ironing/steaming, hanging, bagging, and packing for shipment.
• Maintain and organize inventory of work order supplies, boxes, tape, bags, and hangers.
• Monitor sample requests and ensure timely delivery to internal teams and retailers.
• Keep warehouse organized by updating and rotating samples regularly.
