Job summary

Inpro is seeking a Sample Fabricator to fabricate, assemble, and inspect high-quality product samples. You will cut, fabricate, and assemble components to meet specifications and finish samples for customer satisfaction.

You will follow prints and work instructions, operate production equipment safely, and maintain accurate records ensuring samples meet quality and cosmetic standards.

Qualifications

• The Sample Fabricator handles cutting, fabricating, assembling and inspecting sample products using hand and power tools and production equipment.
• Reads and interprets prints, work instructions and specifications to ensure correct fabrication and quality.
• Maintains accurate records and supports safe machine operation, ensuring samples meet customer, quality, and cosmetic standards.

Job Summary: The Sample Fabricator is responsible for cutting, fabricating, assembling, and inspecting sample products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. This role produces high-quality product samples according to specifications, supports safe machine operation, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure samples meet customer, Quality, And Cosmetic Standards.

Duties And Responsibilities Essential Functions:

1. Cut, fabricate, and assemble components required to produce finished product samples.


2. Operate production machinery, power equipment, saws, hand tools, and similar equipment safely and according to work instructions, prints, and specifications.


3. Produce sample parts and assemblies within established specifications, tolerances, and quality expectations.


4. Measure, inspect, and verify finished samples using appropriate tools to confirm function, quality, color, and cosmetic requirements.


5. Inspect equipment before use to confirm proper setup, alignment, and safe operating condition.


6. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all machine safety and lockout/tagout procedures applicable to assigned equipment.

Marginal / Secondary Functions:

• Perform basic routine adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance of tools, machines, and work areas.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly fabrication area.


• Inform the team leader when inventory levels or fabrication materials fall below established stocking levels.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
