Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI, is seeking a production/fabrication associate to fabricate, assemble, and ship high-quality product samples. You will operate saws and hand tools, measure parts, and ensure color and cosmetic quality while maintaining a clean work area.

You will train new staff and support cross-department communication. The role requires a high school diploma, color vision, ability to lift 50 lbs, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to use power equipment (including saws and hand tools).
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a ruler.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to obtain forklift/power lift certification.
• Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals in a clear, concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and ship high-quality sample products.
• Inform the team leader when inventory levels fall below stocking levels.
• Operate production machinery and use power tools safely.
• Produce sample parts within specifications and tolerances.
• Inspect parts and verify quality, color, and cosmetic requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe fabrication area and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist training of new sample department employees.
• Ship all samples as requested by sales.
• Report safety non-conformities to management.

Job Summary: Fabricate, assemble, and ship a high-quality sample of all Inpro products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties:

• Inform the team leader when inventory levels fall below established stocking levels.
• Cut, fabricate, and assemble all components required to make finished product samples.
• Operate production machinery, power equipment, saws, hand tools, and similar equipment safely and according to work instructions, prints, and specifications.
• Produce sample parts and assemblies within established specifications, tolerances, and quality expectations.
• Measure, inspect, and verify finished samples using appropriate tools to confirm function, quality, color, and cosmetic requirements.
• Inspect equipment before use to confirm proper setup, alignment, and safe operating condition.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all machine safety and lockout/tagout procedures applicable to assigned equipment.
• Perform basic routine adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance of tools, machines, and work areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly fabrication area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist in training of new sample department employees.
• Ship all samples as requested by sales.

• Report non-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management.

Hours and Location:

• Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI.
• Four-day work week possible! After training Monday through Friday for the first two months, transitioning to Tuesday through Friday. 6:00 am – 4:00 pm is an option.
