InPro Corporation in Muskego, WI is seeking a Sample Fabricator to cut, fabricate, assemble, and inspect product samples using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. You will support sample production and ship samples to sales as requested.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and color distinction, and strong attention to quality and safety. Training provided; four-day work week possible after ramp‑up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related fabrication or tool-use experience preferred.
• Ability to read prints and work instructions.
• Must distinguish colors and inspect finished samples.
• Strong attention to quality and safety, OSHA aware.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fabricate, and assemble components to produce finished samples.
• Operate production machinery and power tools safely.
• Inspect samples for color, function, and cosmetic quality.
• Ship samples to sales and maintain records.
• Maintain clean, safe fabrication area.
