Job summary

Inpro-Corporation is seeking a Sample Fabricator to cut, fabricate, and assemble high-quality product samples for customer satisfaction at our Muskego, WI site. You will follow specifications, operate production equipment, and ensure cosmetic and functional quality across samples.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least some related fabrication experience; on-the-job training may substitute for formal education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related fabrication, production, machine operation, or tool-use experience preferred.
• Completion of on-the-job training may be considered in place of some educational or experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fabricate, and assemble components required to produce finished product samples.
• Operate production machinery, power equipment, saws, hand tools, and similar equipment safely and according to work instructions.
• Produce sample parts and assemblies within established specifications, tolerances, and quality expectations.
• Measure, inspect, and verify finished samples using appropriate tools to confirm function, quality, color, and cosmetic requirements.
• Inspect equipment before use to confirm proper setup, alignment, and safe operating condition.
• Use PPE and follow all machine safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Assemble literature, binders, and color rings for inclusion with sample requests.
• Ship all samples as requested by sales.
