Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the U.S., is seeking a Sr Samples Coordinator to support the Product team. This entry-level role involves coordinating product samples for sales and marketing, preparing samples, and working with customers, vendors, and sample manufacturing to resolve issues.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0–2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of printing and flooring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Technical knowledge of printing and flooring processes preferred.
• Colorist role: colorblind test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product samples for sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare and pack samples and liaise with customers, vendors, and sample manufacturing.
• Set up Samples Devices and Artwork by deadlines.
• Create Sample Product Masters and Selling Styles.
• Review orders for customers and vendors.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and sales reps.
