Job summary

Daltile is seeking an entry-level Sr Samples Coordinator to support the Product team by preparing and packing samples and coordinating with customers, vendors, and sample manufacturing. This role focuses on coordinating product samples for sales and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 0-2 years of relevant work, and basic technical knowledge of printing and flooring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Technical knowledge of roto-gravure printing, digital printing, and flooring production processes preferred.
• For colorist-specific role, must be able to pass a colorblind test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Samples Devices and Artwork are set up correctly and by given deadlines.
• Create Sample Product Masters and Selling Styles.
• May create and update Bill of Materials as required with possible billing support.
• Create product bulletins for Sales Force Automation.
• May use various equipment to prepare sample materials.
• Review product and orders for customers and vendors.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, vendors, and sales representatives.
• Actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team.
• Participate in generating alternative solutions and evaluating their feasibility.
• Identify, define, and address problems that are standard, readily identifiable, and typically within the immediate job area.
• Perform other duties as needed.
