Job summary

Forium Solutions is seeking a Samples Associate to ensure timely processing of sample orders for internal and external clients. This role involves daily inbox management, inventory support, and cross-department coordination to deliver accurate samples and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic warehouse setting, with onsite schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Comfortable in warehouse environment and handling chemicals safely.
• Ability to lift and move containers up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence, accountability and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily email inbox and sample order processing.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Prepare, label and package daily shipments, including documentation (COAs, SDSs).
• Maintain and update shipment tracking information.
• Assist in inventory decisions and scheduling for sample materials.
• Support stocking and organization of supplier sample inventory.
• Manage product quarantines and drive resolution.
• Contribute to SOP improvements for the sample function.
• Assist with projects led by the Samples Lead.
• Help meet KPIs for the sample function.
• Foster team collaboration and positive warehouse operations.
