Zusammenfassung

Franklin Biolabs in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an Associate II, Sample & Warehouse Logistics to perform the day-to-day warehouse operations, materials management, sample handling, inventory control, and logistics across research and manufacturing spaces.

You will support GMP-compliant activities in labs, vivarium, and analytical environments, with on-site work and potential after-hours coverage. A HS diploma is required; 3–5 years in related areas is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
• Required: 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Sample Management, Inventory Control, Shipping & Logistics, Laboratory Operations Support, or Manufacturing Support Operations.
• Preferred: Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical laboratory, or other regulated industry environment.
• Preferred: Experience supporting GLP, GCP, GMP, or CLIA-regulated activities.
• Preferred: Experience handling biological samples, test articles, or temperature-controlled inventory.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP, WMS, LIMS, and quality management systems.

Aufgaben

• Execute day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Manage sample management and tracking of materials, samples, test articles, reference standards, and client inventory.
• Support loading docks, warehouses, laboratories, and vivarium operations.
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements across processes.
• Work across multiple areas to ensure compliant receipt, storage, movement, and shipment.
