Zusammenfassung

Franklin Biolabs is seeking an Associate II, Sample & Warehouse Logistics in King of Prussia, PA. The role focuses on frontline warehouse operations, materials and sample management, and inventory control to support research and manufacturing activities.

You will work across loading docks, laboratories, vivarium facilities, and GMP environments, with opportunities to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulated activities. Excellent organizational skills and independence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Warehouse Ops, Sample Management, Inventory Control, Shipping & Logistics, Lab Ops Support, or Manufacturing Support.
• Preferred: Experience in biotech/pharma/CRO environments.
• Preferred: GLP/GCP/GMP/CLIA experience.
• Preferred: Handling biological samples, test articles, or temp-controlled inventory.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP, WMS, LIMS, and quality management systems.

Aufgaben

• Execute day-to-day warehouse operations, materials management, sample management, inventory control, and logistics activities.
• Support research, preclinical, clinical, analytical, manufacturing, and vivarium operations through receipt, storage, movement, issuance, shipment, and tracking of materials and samples.
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements; support organizational development.
• Work across loading docks, warehouses, labs, and regulated environments; participate in after-hours support as needed.
