Franklin Biolabs is seeking an Associate Scientist II, Upstream Operations in King of Prussia, PA. • BS/BA in Biology, Biochemical Eng, Chemical Eng, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of direct experience in cell culture, large-scale manufacturing, and/or purification techniques.
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (USDA, OLAW, FDA, AAALAC).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Must be meticulous, detail oriented, and analytical.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate through conflicting situations.
• Self-directed, able to perform in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, vendors and other third parties.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines to ensure alignment.
