Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Sample Warehouse Coordinator in Richmond to support multiple brands and keep a steady flow of samples. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, cataloging, and returns, using iPad scanning and warehouse equipment to keep items accessible for creative teams.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, basic PC tasks, and collaboration with photo studio and buying groups to maintain inventory and support visual merchandising across brands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of basic PC use including email and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, cataloging, and returns processing.
• Operate power material handling equipment (stock picker, forklift, walkie).
• Communicate directly with photo teams and buying groups.
• Use iPad to scan inventory.
• General labor such as recycling, wrapping, preparing furniture for transport or storage, building samples, and delivering/picking up samples within the building.
