Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a detail-oriented individual to interpret and enter client samples into the computer system, manage large projects, maintain client files, deliver rush samples, and act as the on-site contact at receipt of samples. The role emphasizes high quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include adhering to GMP/GLP, upholding safety procedures, and maintaining documentation and traceability. Some travel may be required, and the position is not remote.

Position Summary

Interpret and enter client samples into the computer system, manage large projects, maintain client files, deliver rush samples, and serve as the contact at receipt of samples, ensuring high quality, detail, and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply GMP/GLP and highest quality standards in all responsibilities.
• Demonstrate and promote company vision.

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Log samples into the Lab Management Information System (LIMS) and assign testing using client-supplied submission forms.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate with sample and/or project managers.
• Label samples and perform a label audit step to ensure entry accuracy.
• Maintain sample integrity, including proper storage, inventory, and reconciliation.
• Read, understand, and carry out SOPs; follow all safety precautions and procedures.
• Learn new tasks quickly and transition easily between tasks.
• Use a personal computer and learn necessary programs.
• Organize tasks and exercise good judgment.
• Be self-motivated with excellent quality of work and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with client staff members.
• Conduct all activities safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Minimum Qualifications

Additional Information

Working schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA, are encouraged to apply. Travel may be required up to 25%. This position is not remote.
