Job summary

ALS Global is seeking a Login Technician to receive and process samples from outside clients and field personnel, ensuring proper containers, temperatures, and preservation. You will log samples in the LIMS system and transport them to storage, disposing of expired materials as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, strong data entry skills, familiarity with chemical terminology, and good English communication. A High School diploma is required; a chemistry-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; chemistry related degree preferred.
• Detail oriented with data entry and transcription accuracy.
• Familiar with EPA methodologies
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Receive samples from clients and field personnel and inspect containers.
• Log samples accurately into the LIMS system.
• Transport samples to storage locations and dispose of expired samples.
• Follow SOPs and QA manuals; maintain professional conduct.
