Objectives/Purpose

Responsible for all Sample Processing tasks, including preparing plasma units for freezing, testing, and shipment. All responsibilities must comply with regulations related to quality, safety, and proper documentation in accordance with cGMP.

Accountabilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers (5%)
2. Perform all duties in Sample Processing (95%)
3. Prepare units for frozen storage
4. Collect and store samples for testing
5. Perform routine maintenance on freezers
6. Prepare plasma units and samples for shipping
7. Organize shipments and assist with loading
8. Manage supplies and assist with inventory control

Additional Responsibilities

Support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain cleanliness, follow SOPs, multi-task, and work as part of a team. Provide excellent customer service to donors and staff, attend meetings, and coordinate with other roles to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus

Location: USA - TX - Georgetown

Starting Hourly Wage: $17.00
