Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator for Nautica in New York to manage sample tracking and SKU data, coordinating with marketing, visual, wholesale, and design teams. You will ensure timely sample availability and data accuracy to support weekly assortments and market weeks.

The role requires a college degree, 1–2 years in merchandising or sample management, and strong organizational skills with Excel and PLM SKUs experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising, showroom, or sample management experience preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards of order.

• Strong time management skills; experience with PLM SKU lifecycle systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample tracking and management throughout the product lifecycle, including preps for end-of-season sales.
• Lead sample management for assortment reviews, wholesale markets, and international markets.
• Set up and break down samples for showroom and market weeks.
• Request, maintain, and track sample updates; ensure corrected samples are received.
• Create and maintain daily organizational methods for sample closets and merchandising areas.
