Job Summary
The Sample Coordinator, Production supports the Production teams by managing the flow, organization, and submission of samples throughout the development lifecycle. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and clear coordination across internal teams, licensors, and external partners.
What You Will Do:
Sample Submissions & Approvals
Cross-Functional Coordination
High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a Sample Coordinator or Production support role, preferably within legwear (socks) or apparel.
Demonstrated ability to review and approve yarn colors and lab dips.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Self-motivated with strong follow-through and a proactive approach to problem solving.
