  • Track monthly spend and budget pacing across brands and channels, support invoice management and spend reconciliation with agency and platform partners, and maintain the paid media campaign calendar and organized vendor records.
  • Communication and Collaboration
  • Coordinate creative asset requests and deployments with internal creative teams and agency partners, ensuring all units are on spec and on time; brief creative teams on high-performing, on-brand ad assets.
  • Partner with the CRM team on audience strategy, and prepare presentation-ready recaps and performance summaries for the Director of Digital Marketing and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages; maintain testing calendars and document learnings to inform future optimization.
  • Monitor platform updates and emerging ad formats across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon Advertising, bringing relevant opportunities to the team.
  • Support ULAC's affiliate marketing programs and co-op digital programs for wholesale partners such as Target and Walmart, coordinating calendars, assets, and reporting.
  • Professional Growth & Skill Development
  • Deepen platform expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising through hands‑on campaign management and ongoing platform training.
  • Build fluency in attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
