Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Perform assigned duties in a fast-paced work environment while interacting with guests and team members.
• Explain products available in the deli area (ingredients, flavors, menu items).
• Offer samples to guests and explain offerings as needed.
• Prepare products for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing and cooking).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness according to station guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests to management and/or satisfy requests promptly.
• Communicate temperature and/or product breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply and work area neat, clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standard.
• Perform front end duties to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is maintained.
• Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
