Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the care team.
• Plan and prepare individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team and manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, documentation, and licensure compliance.
