Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN required; BSN must be obtained from an accredited institution; transfer of compact licenses within 60 days may apply.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients including physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement and arrange ongoing support and referrals.
• Implement care through the interdisciplinary team and manage time, resources, and priorities.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the plan of care as needed.
• Promote professionalism, legal/ethical standards, and accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate effective communication and critical thinking in patient care.
