Responsibilities

• Learn basic Salvagnini operation, focusing on shearing and punching.
• Program, set up and operate multipurpose machines to meet production schedules.
• Inspect first piece to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Operate DNC controlled shear, punch, forming machines, laser and automated warehouse.
• Interface with SAP and computer systems for production control and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance including oiling and lubrication per TPM and 5S.
• Assist in root-cause analysis of production errors and prevent recurrence.
