Pay: $17.00/hr plus great benefits!

Job Responsibilities

Full Service

• Receive labels from the supervisor for parts to be pulled.
• Pull and retrieve parts from vehicles in the yard.
• Inspect parts and notify the supervisor of any damage.
• Stage parts for delivery drivers.
• Operate forklift or order selector to transport parts within the warehouse.
• Sort and organize parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Respond to customer counter sales by processing orders and loading vehicles.
• Verify stock positions for inside sales staff.
• Classify returns and prepare inventory adjustment forms.
• Check in defective parts and process vendor returns.
• Sign off on deleted tickets, explaining reasons.
• Load trucks according to schedule and perform final checks.
• Manage wheel cores for return to remanufacturing.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Self Service

• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Remove debris from vehicles before processing.
• Pull batteries for testing and resale, and bring charged batteries to retail.
• Assist in staging or pulling cars with the Loader Operator.
• Walk the yard and remove debris from vehicles.
• Dismantle tires.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Wear required PPE and perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

0+ years of experience required, with on-the-job training provided for full-service roles.

Preferred

High School Diploma/GED.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Effective oral communication.
• Ability to follow procedures and guidance without decision-making authority.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and noise. Periodic travel may be required.
