Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Salvage Associate to efficiently and safely move and manage salvage material, while keeping fleet trailers clean and organized. The role requires attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will unload salvage trailers, separate items, load trailers, and coordinate with yard operations. Strong customer service and communication are essential, along with the ability to meet production standards.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to meet production standards set by the company.
• Able to read and understand written and numeric product identifiers.
• Able to use a personal computer for data entry and research purposes.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload salvage trailers returning from retail stores.
• Separate diverse salvage items and pallets.
• Sweep and prepare fleet trailers for shipping departments.
• Load salvage trailers and reclaim product for shipping.
• Wash the interior of trailers and maintain cleanliness.
• Document trailer moves and coordinate with yard personnel.
• Follow sanitation practices and propose process improvements.
