Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients and monitor temperature and moisture; adjust as needed.
• Perform changeovers and preventative maintenance on processing lines.
• Communicate quality issues to the team and document observations.
• Read batch sheets and weigh raw materials accurately.
• Maintain logs of temperatures, mix times, and material weights.
