Responsibilities

• Operates processing equipment to produce product within QA guidelines and high quality.
• Monitors temperatures and moisture; adjusts as needed and removes defective product.
• Operates and shuts down equipment per procedures, including changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Reads batch sheets, follows recipes, and accurately weighs raw materials.
• Maintains temperature logs, times, item numbers and material weights; adjusts as needed.
