• Runs changeovers and preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
• Communicates quality issues to team and follows batch sheets precisely.
• Monitors temperatures, times, weights, and material usage; maintains logs.
• Operates material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety procedures; keeps area clean and safe.
