The Post Oak in Cripple Creek, CO is seeking a courteous server to create exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages while maintaining accurate payments.

• Servers must know the menu and be able to explain items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared and delivered on time and together.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and good presentation.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.
• Refill drinks and clear plates as needed during guest’s dining experience.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and bring issues to management.
• Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Responsibilities include complying with all federal and state laws, including the FLSA tip regulations regarding tip reporting, sharing, and minimum wage requirements
