Job summary

Village Green Landscapes, Inc. is seeking seasonal salt truck drivers to transport and apply de-icing materials for winter property maintenance. The role requires operating salt trucks and ensuring equipment safety and maintenance while delivering reliable service.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $31.00 per hour, with overtime and seasonal benefits. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and a DOT card are required, along with the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. CDL is preferred.

Pay Range:

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for hauling and applying de-icing materials for winter property maintenance
• Operate salt trucks for commercial snow management
• Operates and maintains all equipment within company safety and preventive maintenance standards
• Maintains records of job status
• Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs
• Provides excellent customer service
• Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
• Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Consistently follows all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
