Priority Landscape is seeking an experienced Seasonal CDL Salt Truck Driver for Winter 2026-2027 to help keep properties safe and accessible during snow events in Gary, IN. You will operate company salt trucks, apply salt per site requirements and safety standards, and support reliable winter maintenance efforts.

This role requires a valid CDL, DOT medical card, and a strong commitment to punctuality in demanding outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-supplied salt trucks to apply salt according to property requirements and safety standards
• Perform assigned tasks to meet client expectations and maintain high service quality
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme winter weather conditions
• Remain on-call, especially during early morning hours, to respond promptly to winter weather events

Compensation

$45 per hour for Experienced CDL Salt Truck Drivers
