Village Green Landscapes, Inc. is seeking seasonal salt truck drivers to transport and apply de-icing materials for snow removal and winter maintenance. The role emphasizes safe operation, timely reporting, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible applicants must hold a valid CDL with a clean driving record, possess or be able to obtain a DOT card, and pass a pre-employment drug test. This seasonal position offers paid sick time and standard winter work support.

Formación

• Valid CDL driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for hauling and applying de-icing materials for winter property maintenance
• Operate salt trucks for commercial snow management
• Operates and maintains all equipment within company safety and preventive maintenance standards
• Maintains records of job status
• Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs
• Provides excellent customer service
• Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
• Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Consistently follows all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
