Job summary

Palm Beach Tan, Inc. Ashley Lynn's, Inc. is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand and develop sales teams. Starting pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses, with a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role.

Ideal candidates will be motivated to hit sales goals, build customer loyalty, mentor staff, and help maintain a positive store environment while ensuring store standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and giving feedback; coach and discipline staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on results.
• Control expenses and achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty.
• Create a positive, motivated, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and profits.
• Handle money and banking responsibilities securely.
