• Meets sales goals by training and motivating sales staff and providing feedback.
• Schedules and assigns employees to meet operational requirements.
• Monitors controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures store standards by following legal and company requirements.
• Keeps stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, team-based environment and resolves customer concerns.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Handles banking responsibilities and safeguarding money received.
