Job summary

Tricoci Salon & Spa is seeking Salon Assistants to support Hairstylists, assist with colorists, and ensure a high standard of client service. Roles include shampooing, applying treatments, and maintaining stations in a fast-paced beauty environment.

We welcome candidates who can work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and who value teamwork, safety, and exceptional guest relations. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Strong and excellent communication skills and organizational ability.

• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

• Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing:
  • Shampooing clients,
  • Applying and monitoring treatments,
  • Executing conditioning treatments,
• Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
  • Blow dry/self-serve stations,
  • Hairstylist stations,
  • Shampoo areas,
  • Dispensary areas,
  • Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services) and more.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
