Role Highlights

• Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing:
  • Shampooing clients
  • Applying and monitoring treatments
  • Executing conditioning treatments
• Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
  • Blow dry/self-serve stations
  • Hairstylist stations
  • Shampoo areas
  • Dispensary areas
  • Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services) and more
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication, organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time
