Job summary

Ethos Beauty Partners seeks a Store Associate to support daily salon operations and provide expert product knowledge, educating clients on promotions and opportunities. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and customer relations in a welcoming environment.

You will handle transactions, calls, and inquiries with a focus on service excellence while maintaining a fast-paced, team-driven store culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One to three years of previous Customer Service experience.
• Cosmetology license/experience preferred but not required.
• Must communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Basic training of POS operating system to complete customer transactions.
• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to internal sales and external customers.
• Responding to order inquiries via email, phone or in-person.
• Assist with weekly replenishment put away.
• Reviewing Insider for promotions and education.
• Reviewing literature for product knowledge to relay to customers.
• Resolve discrepancies in a calm, professional manner.
