Job summary

Ethos Beauty Partners, LLC seeks a Store Associate to support daily store operations, assist customers with service, merchandising, promotions, and replenish inventory. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Cosmetology license/experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system for customer transactions.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to internal sales and customers.
• Respond to order inquiries via email, phone or in-person.
• Assist weekly replenishment put away.
• Review Insider promotions and educate customers.
• Relay product knowledge to customers.
• Resolve discrepancies calmly and professionally.
