Snowbird’s Cliff Spa is seeking a full-time Salon Supervisor to lead a team of up to 10 stylists and estheticians, ensuring compliant service and high guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, and coach staff, oversee spa services, and maintain a clean, well-staffed salon environment.

You must hold a Utah Cosmetology or Master Esthetics license, with 2–3 years in the field and management experience preferred. Schedule includes weekends and holidays with varied shifts.

You will oversee all salon and esthetics services, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-staffed environment. You’ll manage staffing adjustments, track client satisfaction, handle inventory needs, and maintain the overall upkeep of the salon.**WHAT YOU’LL DO*** Lead and support a team of up to 10 employees. Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members to deliver excellent service.* Perform all spa menu services under professional license.* Respond to guest questions and take action to resolve customer complaints.* Uphold Snowbird’s standards for professionalism, appearance, and guest interaction.* Collaborate with other managers to optimize spa operations.**WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE*** Current Utah Cosmetology or Master Esthetics license.* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field. Management experience preferred.* Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Multitasking is a must.* Familiarity with or ability to learn Book4Time, Square and Microsoft Office suite.* 18 years of age or older.* A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.**WORK SCHEDULE*** Schedule varies and may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. Full-time and flexible schedule required.**WORKING CONDITIONS*** Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, bend and stand on your feet for long periods of time.
