Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Cliff Lodge to deliver outstanding guest service during check-in and check-out, answer questions, and assist with reservations and amenities. The role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy resort environment.

Shifts include Fri–Tue, with varied morning/evening hours; full-time, year-round. Prior hotel receptionist experience is a plus, and a positive attitude under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Great listening, speaking, presentation, and up sell skills.

• Verify guest payments: process credit cards and protect guest privacy.
• Assist guests with restaurant and spa reservations and general knowledge of the resort.
• Update guest tiles with phone number & email address at check in.

Snowbird is a unique resort with distinct summer and winter seasons and offers full-time, part-time and seasonal positions.**TITLE:** Front Desk Agent**LOCATION:** Cliff Lodge, Snowbird Resort**STATUS:** Full-time, year-round**SCHEDULE:** Friday - Tuesday (Fri/Sat/Sun, 3PM - 10 PM, Mon/Tues, 7AM-3PM)* *You must be available to work both shifts based on business needs, any day of the week including weekends and holidays.** *Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening depending on business levels.***SUMMARY**As a seasonal Cliff Lodge Front Desk Agent at Snowbird, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout our guest’s stay by exceeding their expectations and performing all duties regarding the operation of the front desk.
