Job summary

Regis is seeking a stylist-in-training for a 90‑day, temporary program designed to grow future licensed stylists. You will learn the salon workflow, deliver excellent customer service and support management and coworkers.

Promotion to stylist requires a valid state license, ability to perform licensed duties, and alignment with Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment and multi-task effectively.
• Strong communication with customers, management and co-workers.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tasks.
• Wlexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Market and grow the business by promoting services and retail products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers professionally.
• Assist with management tasks and handle administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist in controlling expenses and stock shelves.
• Complete duties as assigned by the manager.
