Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high-quality professional services focused on the guest's total look. The role supports the Experience Manager and aims to drive service sales, guest loyalty, and retail performance.

You will develop guest relationships through consultations, maintain salon standards, and participate in trainings to stay current with trends and product knowledge. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and extensions.
• Meet sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
