The Stylist delivers quality professional services with emphasis on guest total look and supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through focus on performance, people, and process.

Passion for beauty and exceptional guest service is essential. The role requires Cosmetology license and prior salon experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, lightening, styling, extensions, makeup and ear piercing.
• Proficiency with equipment and chemicals needed to perform technical work.
• Proficiency to demonstrate, recommend and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and ear piercing.
• Meet/exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate business acumen and opportunities for growth.
• Demonstrate and sell products; educate guests on benefits.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and maintain standards of safety and sanitation.
